If you send us an email or written communication, please include your order details to help us identify you. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in case the products that make up the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
